Thanks for grabbing 45 minutes of my day. ;) I already knew much of it, but the speaker was good, and had great slides (love it when a speaker respects his audience). Fortunately I watched to the very end, where the last question was about cholesterol and artery-hardening: the speaker answered with the importance of vitamin K2, most easily obtained from certain cheeses (like the Jarlsberg that I bought today). I was particularly annoyed that the article we're commenting on referred to vitamins by their letter without their number, e.g. D2 vs. D3, and K1 vs K2, a common vegan tactic. Except, of course, for the B vitamins, where B12 has become infamous.
