I can sympathize with JWs, as I've been in a similar position in politics. In fact, my first time out campaigning door to door was with a former JW, and he taught me some tricks. It's frustrating when you've got an important message, and people blow you off, sometimes so stupidly that it damages your faith in democracy. In the case of Christians they believe that it truly is a matter of saving your soul from eternal damnation, pretty serious stuff, so I cut them some slack, and respect them for staying true to their ideals. Here in Germany, JWs are famous for standing up to the Nazis. But I've heard that JWs believe that only 144K people will get saved regardless, so I'm not sure what the point is.
